Portable Appliance Testing

Legislation requires that owners of houses in multiple occupation (HMO) are licensed by the local authority, (includes small hotels& guest houses). The main objective of HMO licensing is to ensure that HMO tenants/guests are provided with safe accommodation in which to stay. Applications for HMO licenses must include Portable Appliance Testing certificates as well as a Fire Alarm compliance certificate, and Gas safety certificate etc…..
Min £30 (includes up to 14 items)
1-100 £2.50 per item, 101- 500 £2.00 per item, 501+ £1.75 per item. This includes full certification.
